SELANGOR extended their lead to two points at the top of the Super League when they edged KL Plus 1-0 at the Shah Alam Stadium yesterday.
Amirulhadi Zainal, a national Under-23 player, scored the winner in the 78th minute.
Meanwhile, former national striker Nizaruddin Yusop's hat-trick helped Perlis thrash Negri Sembilan 4-0 in Paroi.
Nizaruddin opened his accounts in the 23rd minute when he converted a penalty.
In the second half, Nizaruddin took opportunity of Negri's defensive error to score in the 58th minute and added his third in the 77th minute.

Selangor lead the standings with 51 points followed by Perlis on 49.
