FORMER international and Selangor coach Dollah Salleh has replaced Tajuddin Nor as Pahang's Super League coach effective yesterday, said team manager Nasir Salleh.Nasir said Pahang FA president Tengku Abdul Rahman Sultan Ahmad Shah had been informed of the development and had given his consent.
"The team will be coached by Dollah while Tajuddin will act as his assistant. Dolla's first assignment will be to lead the Pahang team against Selangor in a Super League match on Tuesday," he said yesterday.Nasir said Pahang FA hopes Dollah's experience would help recapture the Super League title that Pahang had won when the Super League was introduced in 2004.
However, after 13 matches, Pahang are now second from bottom in the 14-team league, with eight points from two wins and two draws.
Dollah was Premier League outfit Shahzan Muda coach before his appointment. -- Bernama
